Solstice is our signature blend, crafted to deliver a full, comforting cup with depth and balance. Coffees from the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, bring dark chocolate, brown-sugar sweetness, and subtle fruit notes, while naturally processed beans from Brazil’s Cerrado region add smooth milk chocolate, almond, vanilla, and dried plum character.
Together, they create a creamy, syrupy coffee with mild acidity and a rich, dessert-like finish that feels refined, familiar, and easy to enjoy every day.

First Light is our vibrant Ethiopian natural from the renowned Guji region, crafted for those who enjoy a smooth but memorable cup. It opens with ripe strawberry and layered fruit sweetness, followed by soft cocoa powder and a subtle nutty finish.
With a light body and mild acidity, this roast is approachable enough for everyday brewing while still showcasing the bold, expressive character that makes natural-processed Ethiopian coffees stand out.

Mid-Day Pause is our Colombian decaf crafted for those who want comfort, sweetness, and complexity without the caffeine. Sourced from Valle del Cauca, Colombia, and naturally decaffeinated using the Sugarcane EA process, this coffee preserves the character of the original bean while delivering a clean, satisfying cup.
Creamy notes of milk chocolate and almond create a smooth foundation, while strawberry, vanilla, and bright citrus add a lively finish that proves decaf can be just as memorable.
